Which table style suits a birthday or engagement?

Pick the style that fits the time of day and the crowd. You can choose more than one style on the enquiry form.

• Savoury: cheeses, cured meats, sourdough, crackers, dips and olives. Prices are on the grazing table pricing page.
• Sweet: donuts, slices, cookies, chocolate and fresh fruit. Good for a dessert-led party.
• Fruit: fresh seasonal fruit, a lighter choice that sits well next to other food.
• Brunch: pastries, waffles, frittata or quiche and muesli, for a daytime celebration.
• Kids: fairy bread, carrot sticks, donuts, crackers, hummus and sweet treats, for children's parties.

What do the tables cost?

Each size lists the most guests it feeds. These are the sweet, fruit, brunch and kids prices.

• Sweet: 1 m for up to 35 guests is $750, 2 m for up to 55 is $1,100, 3 m for up to 75 is $1,550 and 4 m for up to 120 is $2,150.
• Fruit: 1 m for up to 40 guests is $650, 2 m for up to 60 is $950 and 3.5 m for up to 100 is $1,450.
• Brunch: 25 to 30 guests is $800, up to 55 is $1,100 and up to 100 is $1,900.
• Kids: 0.5 m for up to 20 guests is $450, 0.75 m for up to 25 is $650 and 1 m for up to 30 is $750.

What size for a 21st, a 30th or an engagement?

Choose from the guests you expect. The number is a maximum, so a smaller crowd can use it, but the price is set by the size.

As an example, a 30th with about 35 guests could use a 1 m sweet table at $750, or the savoury equivalent on the pricing page. An engagement for 55 guests could use a 2 m sweet table at $1,100.

As a general rule of thumb, caterers plan about 150 to 200 grams of food per person for nibbles, and more if the table is the main meal. Tell us the start time, how long the party runs and what else is being served, and we'll help you choose.

• Canapés from $3.50 a piece, with a minimum of 30. Sausage rolls, party pies, pastizzi and arancini balls are $3.50 each.
• Free-range chicken skewers: $4.00 each. Lamb koftas: $6.50 each.
• Sandwiches (48 triangles): $125. Wraps (24): $170.
• Fresh fruit skewers: $4 each. Fresh fruit juices: $6.
• One-person grazing cones: $25 each.

How does booking work?

Tables need at least 5 days' notice. Our team arrives up to 2 hours before your start time, and everything is disposable or recyclable unless you hire our stone, dishes or silverware. We can cater for gluten free, dairy free, nut free, vegan and vegetarian needs on request.

• Send the enquiry form with your date, guest numbers and dietary needs.
• We reply within 24 hours to say whether your date is free.
• If it is, we send an invoice. The booking is confirmed once the 50% non-refundable deposit is paid.
• The balance is due 72 hours before the event.
